Service Description
In our fast-paced world, finding time for self-care can be challenging. That’s why we’ve created Yoga on the Go—a convenient online yoga class designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. Meeting on Zoom, we come together as a community to cultivate mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, regardless of where you are. Expect a blend of gentle stretches, dynamic flows, and breathwork to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with yourself. You’ll leave each session feeling refreshed, invigorated, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way. Each class is one hour long. We always begin with a 30-minute warm-up routine, move into more focused stretches and close out with at least 5 minutes of meditation. With this routine in mind, if you only have 30 minutes, come! The first 30 minutes will always get you warmed up and into your body for the day and a REPLAY always gets emailed to all class attendees after class. Each replay also includes a breathing exercise. Can’t make a live class? No problem! All sessions are recorded and available for purchase! One breathing exercise is included with each replay.
