Service Description

Join us once or twice a month for a unique, celestial-inspired yoga experience. Each class aligns with powerful astronomical events—Full Moons, New Moons, Meteor Showers, Eclipses and more. We invite you to tune into the energy of the cosmos with us as we stretch to the stars, flow, and ground our energy into the Earth. Class dates vary to match the celestial calendar, so check back each month and follow us on social media for updates on upcoming sessions. Location will USUALLY be at the studio. Please do pay attention when signing up for the class, as warm weather may spark mini outdoor adventures.
